Description of Service
DomHub is a residential property management platform covering maintenance, communication, governance, documents, and related tools for condo and HOA communities.
Permitted Use
You may use DomHub only for lawful residential property management purposes, and only if you have the authority to act on behalf of your condo, HOA, or unit.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use DomHub to harass others, transmit unsolicited messages, violate applicable law, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
Fees & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at signup. Free trials convert to a paid subscription only if you choose a plan; you can cancel at any time before the trial ends.
Your Data
Your condo's records — units, residents, documents, and communications — belong to your community. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
