Security is core to how we build DomHub — your building's data is sensitive, and we treat it that way.
Encryption
Sensitive fields, including third-party integration keys, are encrypted at rest. All traffic to and from DomHub is encrypted in transit via TLS.
Access Control
DomHub uses role-based access control — Super Admin, Manager, Board Member, Resident, Vendor, and Concierge roles each see only what they need to.
Multi-Tenant Isolation
Every request is scoped to a single condo. One property's data is never visible to another.
Authentication
Accounts are protected by our authentication provider, with two-factor authentication available for all users.
Infrastructure
DomHub runs on managed cloud infrastructure with automated backups and monitoring.
Compliance
DomHub is designed to align with GDPR principles, and we are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.
