Careers

We're a small team building software for the people who run condo communities.

Full-Stack Developer

Remote · Full-timeJob ID: DH-101

Apply

Help build the core DomHub platform end-to-end — from resident-facing features to the internal tools property managers rely on every day. You'll work across our Next.js and TypeScript stack, from database schema design to polished, accessible UI, with real ownership over what you ship.

We're also investing in AI-assisted features — like our in-app AI assistant and document processing — so experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or prompt engineering is directly relevant here, not just a buzzword.

  • Comfortable across the stack — TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma
  • Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals — you can build a clean, responsive UI without leaning on a component library for everything
  • You care about getting the small things right: clean data models, fast UIs, few surprises

Nice to have

  • Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or other AI-assisted product features
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS), containers (Kubernetes), or infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
  • Exposure to Python (e.g. FastAPI) for backend or data-adjacent services
  • Experience with other modern frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue) — we're a React shop, but framework versatility is a plus

Marketing Manager

Remote · Full-timeJob ID: DH-102

Apply

Own how condo boards and property managers first hear about DomHub — from website copy and case studies to email campaigns and paid channels. You'll shape our positioning, run demand-gen experiments, and work closely with the founding team to figure out which channels actually move the needle for a niche B2B audience.

This is a generalist marketing role at an early-stage company: some weeks you're writing blog posts and landing pages, other weeks you're setting up tracking or briefing a designer. You'll have real ownership and a short feedback loop.

  • Experience running marketing for a B2B SaaS product, ideally early-stage
  • Comfortable writing copy yourself, not just briefing others
  • Basic comfort with analytics and tracking (e.g. GA4, UTM hygiene) to know what's actually working

Nice to have

  • Real estate, property management, or PropTech background
  • Experience with SEO or content strategy for a niche B2B product
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Customer.io)

Administrative Assistant

Remote · Full-timeJob ID: DH-103

Apply

Keep the day-to-day running smoothly for a small, fully-remote team — scheduling, inbox triage, vendor and contractor coordination, light bookkeeping support, and whatever else keeps the founders focused on product and customers instead of logistics.

You'll work closely with everyone on the team, so this role touches a bit of everything: helping prep materials for customer calls, keeping internal docs organized, and being the person who notices when something's about to fall through the cracks.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with common tools (Google Workspace, calendar/scheduling tools, basic spreadsheets)

Nice to have

  • Prior experience supporting a small team or startup
  • Light bookkeeping or invoicing experience
  • Experience coordinating with vendors or contractors

Solutions Architect

Remote · ContractorJob ID: DH-104

Apply

As DomHub grows past its first few hundred buildings, we need someone to help us get the underlying infrastructure right before it becomes a bottleneck. You'll work directly with our founding engineers to design how DomHub scales — data isolation between properties, deployment pipelines, and the infrastructure behind features like our AI assistant and document processing.

This is a contract engagement, not a full-time hire — ideal if you want focused, high-leverage architecture work without a long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and help implement scalable, multi-tenant infrastructure on AWS as DomHub grows beyond its current Vercel-based setup
  • Work with our engineering team to design deployment pipelines and containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Define infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g. Terraform) so environment setup stops depending on one person's memory
  • Review architecture decisions for reliability, security, and cost — especially around per-condo data isolation
  • Document architecture decisions clearly enough that a small team can maintain them after the engagement ends
  • Advise on trade-offs between managed services and self-hosted infrastructure given our team size and budget
  • Real, hands-on experience architecting and deploying microservices-based applications in production
  • Deep experience with AWS core services and infrastructure-as-code
  • Comfortable with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • Strong written communication — you'll be documenting decisions for a small team, not presenting to a big one
  • Experience working independently on a contract basis with a distributed, remote team

Nice to have

  • Experience helping an early-stage startup migrate from a simpler hosting setup (e.g. Vercel) to more complex cloud infrastructure
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar)
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS data isolation patterns
